My name is Zoë Bilicki, and I started my role as a Marketing Specialist at modern machine manufacturer KOMAREK in May of 2025. I am a graphic designer by trade and have been working in the graphic design and marketing field for 4 years.
When offered the position at KOMAREK, I was excited to become involved with driving the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Helping to enhance brand awareness, improve engagement across various channels, and support business growth of an already successful business.
In my role I support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print initiatives. Some of what I create includes promotional material such as blog posts, social media content, and brochures. I get involved with conducting marketing research trends, organizing and promoting events such as trade shows, maintaining marketing calendars and budgets, and ordering promotional merchandise. To do this, I work in close collaboration with different departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
In my three months at KOMAREK, I have learned quite a lot. From machine manufacturing to material processing, and spare parts to the industry as a whole. I have learned more than I ever expected through my time on the job. Who else did not know where a charcoal briquette came from or what HPGR stands for? (High-pressure grinding rolls by the way).
The friendly and helpful team at KOMAREK has made it an effortless pleasure to expand my knowledge and advance my skills. The work environment KOMAREK cultivates is supportive and ideal for encouraging growth. KOMAREK facilitates the learning of new skills while on the job and is flexible when it comes to new ideas and solutions.
I enjoy tapping into some of my specialties as a graphic designer and creative thinker while working on strengthening KOMAREK’s social media presence and revamping their marketing materials. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the KOMAREK dream team and am excited to support the growth and development of its marketing. Moving forward, I plan to generate material that helps to showcase KOMAREK accurately. A modern machine and systems provider comprised of dedicated engineers, machinists, process specialists, and support staff.
